Dr Nicholas Papamiltiades

Dr. Nicholas Papamiltiades enjoys using a variety of Osteopathic treatment techniques such as soft tissue massage, manipulation and joint articulation as well as exercise rehabilitation and education for his patients. He has a breadth of experience treating a range of complaints, from people of all different ages and activity levels. 


Nick enjoys treating neck and lower back pain, as well as acute muscular and joint pain. He believes everyone should be able to do their daily activities without pain and utilises every available approach to ensure his patients receive the highest care!

Nick has many years of experience working Avondale FC in the NPL, along with other elite athletes across the AFL, NBL and NRL.


Nick graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). He has also completed further training in Myofascial Dry Needling and Cupping.

Dr Carmen Chang

Carmen is dedicated to achieving your health goals through a variety of Osteopathic treatment techniques like soft tissue massage, joint mobilisations, and manipulations, as well as education and exercise rehabilitation. She is experienced in treating various musculoskeletal complaints across all ages and levels of activities.


Carmen enjoys treating hip and back pain, and acute and chronic musculoskeletal pains. She aims to provide the best care possible to you so you can return to daily activities without pain as soon as possible.


She has also worked with several sports clubs in the past across various sports, most recently the Forest Hill Football Club.


Carmen graduated from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT) with a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Osteopathy).  She has also completed further training in Level 1 Myofascial Dry Needling and Cupping
