Osteopath

Cat is a Masters graduate of Victoria University and fully registered Osteopath, and has the privilege of doing what she loves every day. She enjoys treating the whole community, from children to elderly, competitive athletes to a labourer and everything in between.

Her Osteopathic philosophy encompasses treating the cause of the patient’s problem. This includes taking a detailed history and assessment of a patient and tailoring an individualised treatment and management plan to best suit their needs.

Any rehabilitation advice and exercises she recommends will consider important aspects of a patient’s life, including sport, work and sleep, to identify what is triggering the symptoms and to prevent them from reoccurring.

She has conducted further study in Dry Needling, Myofascial Cupping, and Ergonomics Risk Assessment and incorporates these modalities into pioneering the most appropriate treatment and management plan for her patients to get them moving and enjoying life.

She has the experience of working in private practice, as a sports trainer, and treating overseas in London.
